Wellness Within, LLC
In 2006 Sue established her private holistic wellness practice, Wellness Within. Sue believes that all healing is self-healing and that our personal choices have a direct impact on our health and wellbeing. A holistic approach to wellness includes our mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects in relationship to our physical body. Our beliefs, attitudes, and feelings directly affect our physical body and its health.
About Sue
Sue provides energy therapy treatment sessions and holistic wellness counseling in her office at the Open Pathways Learning Center in Fort Collins. She uses Healing Touch and Reiki to clear and balance the energy system. In addition to seeing clients in her office, Sue also visits clients in their home and at care facilities, hospitals, and surgery centers. She also provides distance healing sessions to clients across the country.

- Complementary phone consultations are welcome
- One energy therapy session in Sue's office: $70 (The 1st session is 90 minutes and following sessions are typically 60 - 75 minutes)
- One energy therapy session in the client's residence or at a medical
facility: $80
(Additional charge for travel beyond Fort Collins)
- Purchase 4 sessions and your 5th session is at no cost (this reflects a 20% discount and sessions are purchased indiviudally with no upfront committment)
- Surgery Support Package: $220
Includes 3 sessions, a Successful Surgery guided imagery cd by Belleruth Naparstek, and travel to the surgery center and client's residence if needed
- $15 discount for students, seniors 60 and over, and military personnel
- $20 discount on your next session when you refer someone who receives a session

What an Energy Therapy Treatment Session is Like
A typical session lasts 60 - 75 minutes and includes a short
interview at the beginning to assess the client's current
physical and emotional state. Allow 90 minutes
for a first session. The client remains fully clothed and
lies comfortably on a massage table. Lighting is dim and
quiet music is available.
Energy therapy is not massage and is done with light hand placement on
the body or in the energy field above the body. Most people experience a deep
state
of
relaxation
and
an increased sense of peace and calm.
Distance Energy Therapy Sessions and How They Work
Energy therapy treatment sessions may be conducted over distance with the client in a different location than the practitioner. This is also called Remote Work. Just as radio and television waves can be sent over distances, so can energy therapy.
Distance treatments are just as effective as treatments done in person.
A distance session begins with Sue placing a phone call to the client. After the call the client lies quietly in a comfortable place and the session is done just as
it would be if the client were in the same room. Immediately after the session is complete Sue calls the client again for a follow up.
Surgery Support Information
Energy therapy before and after surgery and medical procedures has many benefits. Many of the following are frequently reported with energy therapy:
- Greater peace of mind and less anxiety prior to the procedure
- Need for less anesthesia during the procedure, resulting in less toxins in the body
- Less blood loss during the procedure
- Fewer complications
- Less pain and less need for pain medication
- Faster recovery
- Less bruising and swelling
The Surgery Support package is $220 and includes 3 sessions and a Successful Surgery guided imagery cd by Belleruth Naparstek
- One session prior to the procedure to clear and balance the energy system
- One session at the hospital or medical clinic following the procedure to clear toxins from anesthesia and to balance the energy system
- One session after the procedure, usually one week later
