Wellness Within, LLC
In 2006 Sue established her private holistic wellness practice, Wellness Within. Sue believes that all healing is self-healing and that our personal choices have a direct impact on our health and wellbeing. A holistic approach to wellness includes our mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects in relationship to our physical body. Our beliefs, attitudes, and feelings directly affect our physical body and its health.
About Sue
Sue conducts private treatment sessions doing Healing Touch and/or Reiki energy therapy to clear and balance the client's energy system. In addition to seeing clients in her private office she will also conduct treatment sessions in the client's residence, at the hospital or surgery center, and at care facilities.

- One hour distance treatment session with phone consultation afterward: $65

Client Forms
What a Treatment Session is Like
A typical treatment session lasts one hour and includes a short interview
at the beginning to asses the client's current physical
and emotional state. The client remains fully clothed and
lies comfortably on
a massage table
or sits in a chair. Lighting is dim and quiet music is
available.
Energy therapy is not massage and can be done with light hand placement on, or above and off the body. Most people experience a deep state of relaxation and an increased sense of peace and calm.
Distance Treatment Sessions and How They Work
Energy therapy treatment sessions can be conducted over distance with
the client in a different location than the practitioner.
This is also called Remote Work. Just as radio and television
waves can be sent over distances, so
can energy therapy. Distance treatments are just as effective
as treatments done in person.
A distance treatment begins with Sue placing a phone call
to the client. After the call the client lies quietly in
a comfortable place and the treatment is done just as it
would be if the client were in the same room.
Immediately after the energy therapy is complete Sue calls
the client again for a follow up.
Surgery Support Information
Energy therapy before and after surgery and medical procedures has many benefits. Many of the following are frequently reported with energy therapy:
- Greater peace of mind and less anxiety prior to the procedure
- Need for less anesthesia during the procedure, resulting in less toxins in the body
- Less blood loss during the procedure
- Fewer complications
- Less pain and less need for pain medication
- Faster recovery
- Less bruising and swelling
The Surgery Support package is $195 and includes a Successful Surgery guided imagery cd by Belleruth Naparstek and three sessions:
- One treatment session prior to the procedure to clear and balance the energy system
- One treatment session at the hospital or medical clinic following the procedure to clear toxins from the anesthesia, balance the energy system, and support healing
- One treatment session after the procedure, usually one week later
